Météo Parlée (MeteoParlee) — Terms of Use
Effective: 2 November 2026
By using Météo Parlée you agree to these terms.
06h The service, and what it is not
Météo Parlée shows a daily bulletin and hourly slots from Open-Meteo forecasts, answers weather questions through an AI assistant, compares a sky photo with the forecast, and lets you save advice and export a “sky card” to Photos.
The app is not an official weather warning service, is not affiliated with Météo-France or Open-Meteo, and gives no professional advice (aviation, sailing, farming, safety).
08h Eligibility and responsible use
- Use the app lawfully and in line with the App Store terms.
- Do not photograph people without consent or send the assistant information about others.
- Do not try to extract, misuse or reuse the app’s service access.
- In dangerous weather, follow official instructions, not the app.
10h Your content and local data
Your questions, photos and advice are yours and stay on your device. By turning on the assistant you let us pass to DeepSeek the items listed in the privacy policy, only to produce the reply. We keep no backup of local data: losing it (deleting the app, moving device without a backup) is permanent.
12h In-app purchases
The app has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
13h Apple terms
The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
15h Availability and changes
Forecasts and the assistant depend on Open-Meteo and DeepSeek, which may be unavailable, slow or changed. Offline, the app shows the last cached bulletin with its time. Features may change; in this version, spoken playback of the bulletin and the sky illustration are not available.
16h Intellectual property
The app, its design, illustrations and text are protected. Forecast data comes from Open-Meteo under its terms. Your photos and the sky cards you export remain yours.
18h Limits specific to a weather app
- A forecast is an estimate; rain may come earlier, later or not at all.
- Assistant replies are generated automatically and can be wrong; check before relying on advice.
- A photo reading relies on a few cues (labels, brightness, colour) and can be mistaken.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions based solely on the app. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.
20h Termination, rights, changes and contact
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may update these terms; the effective date on this page will change. Contact: bulletin@giboulee.studio.
